Meet Our Team
Darla Andrew
As the owner of Rent Portland Homes by Darla Andrew, Darla sets the tone for the entire office. She grew up on a farm in North Plains, Oregon, which taught her the value of hard work and the importance of community. Darla loves Portland because it’s a big city with a small-town feeling. She also enjoys all the opportunities for fun outdoor actives like hiking in Forest Park.
Jeremy Hill
Jeremy works as our portfolio manager and serves as the primary contact for our owners. He also assists with owner-tenant relations and works to ensure that every property in our portfolio is maintained to the highest possible standard. Jeremy loves Portland because its progressive attitude keeps the city innovative and exciting. In his spare time, you might find Jeremy and his dog in Gabriel Park.
Jessie Curran
Jessie’s our resident jack-of-all-trades. Most days you’ll find him helping coordinate the maintenance and inspection services that keep our owner’s investment homes in tip-top shape. Jessie’s also a big fan of breakfast burritos, which help him stay energized amidst his busy schedule of inspection and repairs.
Mark Akey
With more than 22 years in the hospitality industry, Mark brings a dedication to customer service to his work as our leasing manager. Prospective tenants will work with Mark as they sign their leases, and he also helps with our advertising and marketing endeavors. In his spare time, Mark participates in performing arts productions and does voice-over work.
Arely Sanchez
Arely spends her days interacting with owners who are interested in converting their homes into rentals. She also helps owners through the onboarding process as we match them with their first renter. Arely loves the outdoors, is a rabid Blazers fan, and has played competitive volleyball for over 12 years.
Jessy Sperry
As our maintenance coordinator, Jessy uses his experience in sales, customer service, and construction as he works with our team of trusted vendors to find our clients the best estimates for all their repair and maintenance needs. When he’s not at work, Jessy loves exploring Oregon’s endless food, brewery, and outdoor options.
Jared Sipe (Not Shown)
Jared works as our accounting manager, and it’s his job to create a seamless experience for tenants, owners, and employees alike. With previous experience as a realtor, Jared is well-versed on Oregon law and property management best-practices. At home, Jared is a gamer and dabbles in programming and coding. He loves Portland but wishes it weren’t so cold and wet all the time.
Cassandra Bibler (Not Shown)
While she’s our director of marketing and billing, Cassandra can pick up almost any task and get it done. She donates her graphic design and tech skills to several local nonprofits and also dabbles in creating art. As a born-and-bred Oregonian, Cassandra loves our unique weather — especially rainy fall days.
