Step 2: Conduct Property Showings

Step 5: Regular Communication with Property Owners
As a property owner, you’ll always know what’s happening with your rental home. We provide quick electronic owner disbursements for rental payments. In addition, all owners receive a monthly accounting statement as well as remote online access to your account to see all property activity. And should you ever have a question or concern, one of our professional leasing team members will be more than happy to help. Step 6: Ongoing Property Oversight
